I always order a cheese potato and I sometimes get what I order. I normally get a plain potato or one with bacon added which I do not like bacon unless it is crispy which is why I do not get it on my potato. I always ask for extra butter and sour cream as well as pepper and I NEVER get any pepper and rarely get more than one butter and potato. I went thru the drive thru on my lunch break again today and my order was wrong yet again. I am currently attempting to call the restaurant but no one is answering the phone.
We don't typically come here simply because I've seen how nasty several of the staff are and can't imagine the thought of them preparing my food. However morning staff seems much nicer and cleaner so my mom and I came to sit and eat breakfast. We were the only ones in the store, not early, not late. We arrived at 920 and got our food by 930, 945 the employees kept walking over complaining we were sitting in their break spot. After 3rd time we finished choking down the remaining part of our breakfast and left. I sure hope 4 employees that had absolutely nothing to do, got that nice relaxing break they needed. I'm appalled someone could acct that way and think it's ok, $13 am hour to be a jerk.
I get my salad and no extra chicken I ordered, nor extra bacon. I didn't receive my receipt for what I ordered. Very disappointed
They lost my paycheck. Tasha didn't care to even try to find it, just blew me off. She has zero customer service skills and is so unorganized. Update... Still waiting on my paycheck. Tri cities restaurant group called me back and said I should have one there tomorrow but the store told me that it was there on Monday so who knows.
