Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bristol

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The mobile ordering process was seamless, the app functioned well, and the staff were excellent! Upon arriving, I waited just about 5 seconds before being greeted at the order podium. They quickly recognized my mobile order and directed me to the pickup window. When I got to the window, I was informed that the spicy chicken was freshly made and I could either wait for it or choose something else. I chose to wait for about 3-4 minutes. Two smiling and very friendly employees delivered our order and both thanked me. The food was perfectly cooked, hot, and fresh. It was a delicious meal after a long day of work! Huge thanks to the team at Popeyes in Bristol, VA!

We visit this restaurant frequently and have always enjoyed hot food. We typically order the chicken strips and fries, and occasionally we try the popcorn shrimp. On Sunday, we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to prepare more chicken, but it was definitely worth the wait. This Popeyes is far superior to other locations. It seems like they marinate the chicken for a longer time.

I haven't dined anywhere else in years, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. The chicken and mac and cheese were outstanding! The staff was also very friendly. This will definitely be our new go-to instead of KFC!

They have improved enormously since their opening. The chicken sandwich should die. Sarah, who worked the window, replaced my whole order because they left a chicken sandwich out of my pocket. She was very nice and apologized several times.

The assistant manager was working at the drive thru window and my wife and I asked if the outdoor tables were available. She immediately offered to meet my wife and I at the table with an umbrella! Nice! My wife tried the spicy chicken sandwich, I had the same and a shrimp tackle box special and it was very good! I asked the assistant manager if I could take a pic in the restaurant for my Google review and she politely said it would be fine. I recommend the Bristol Popeye's on Euclid Avenue!!
