Mcdonald's - Bristol

I try to avoid this location. It's hard though when you work at the pinnacle. Definitely not gettin a fast meal here. Always terrible customer service. I always use the app and it's a 50/50 shot whether they actually don't mess it up. I've worked at mcdonalds it's not that hard

Lady ringing us up was rude and sounded absolutely miserable. Couldn’t even get out fry size right. I had no onions on my burgers and cheese wasn’t even melted. Not much hope for this McDonald’s

Best service I've ever had all thanks to the Manager Kaitlyn. 11/10. She deserves a raise.

Slow service cold fries , but the ice cream machine was operational

I actually worked here I didn’t get fired or nothing. I just worked one day and didn’t come back. First of all is probably the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever worked second of all they require you to be clean shaven if you come to work and your face is not their specifications, they make you Dry shave with a one to two blade razor, which I just feel is completely inhumane if you require the employee to maintain a clean-shaven appearance, then that should be provided by the employer. Jason I’ve worked for your restaurants for a long time exit 14 is the cleanest and best quality McDonald’s around the area. I feel like you should send all managers to that restaurant to be trained.
