Great food and sandwiches employees are chill with us and love a certain sandwich I buy with chips

There's subs are delicious, I was there first time and I was very impressed with there's food and serve.

The subs at this restaurant are enormous, as big as the receipt they give you. We ordered the #13 Original Italian and #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak, both of which were the size of a typical half sub and cost $24.71 before tax. Calculating the cost per inch, the #13 Original Italian at Jersey Mike's costs $1.58 per inch. There you have it.

My wife and I came to the restaurant for a #8 sandwich, but we were disappointed with the service. The sandwich maker working on the night shift did not wear a hairnet while making our sandwiches. She also seemed to be unfamiliar with how to make a proper #8 sandwich. The griller appeared annoyed and had a bad attitude while making the food. This lack of care and attention to detail was concerning as it seemed like the sandwich was not prepared in a sanitary manner.

8/16 2PM everyone scheduled to be working right now has an attitude. I mean rolling eyes and all. Was totally ignored upon entry until I spoke up only to be told to go to the register for pick up. No signs indicating pick up location so I stood in line like any other average person would. Had I not even said anything I wouldn’t have been greeted. Absolutely disgusted, no wonder why southington has better reviews. Staff sucks! Won’t be going here again. Literally hot grinder now cold for the unnecessary wait. All it took was for a reach and I could’ve been in and out. But, almost 5-6 minutes in line before I decided to speak up and receive acknowledgment for my presence because the staff can’t take 3 seconds to say “hello, picking up today”Some people hate their jobs and the employees there you could tell didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t even busy. Horrible job Bristol. Pick better staff!
