Bidrage med feedbackLOVE the fish fry. They moved south of Paddock Lake from the Hwy 45 location, to a cozy bar-like situation. The fish is crispy and melt in your mouth, such that it 's worth the drive. Decent sides too. Also went for Sunday breakfast. It too was quite good. It 's hard to find a place that does bacon right...usually it 's either burnt such that the meat part is like chewing shoe leather, or undercooked such that the fat is still clear and grisly...even after requesting crispy bacon. Their 's was perfect. Bacon fat crisped to a light golden brown without killing the meat. Biscuits and gravy were a win. Omelet was a win. Always with the bad coffee experience. I saw 2 cups total the entire morning, and per usual, the person I was dining with didn 't get her beverage until the end of the meal. (Try ordering milk with the meal sometime so it 's not warm and icky when your food arrives...it almost never happens). So, service is rather ordinary here.
A Wonderful late Lunch. First off this resturant moved to the former One Eyed Jack's location in Salem. We have heard many great things about this place, so we stopped in for a late lunch. The wife and I split a buffalo chicken wrap and each had a cup of cheese soup. The wrap was very fresh and the soup was the best cheese soup I ever had. The place is clean and the service was great.
Great Burger. Get the burger with the egg on it. Really good.
Buffalo mac rules.
