Dunkin' - Bristol

Food is good, the coffee is good, and the price is fair. Staff are able to move the line relatively quickly; however, the drive thru set up can be annoying here, and people will try to cut you off from another parking lot instead of going to the back.

The business is always short staff. the man is overworked and underrated. the owner bill micromanages all his shops do not allow his manager to do their own hire and/or promotion while he only assists in the situation to work 2 hours or call regularly. store could be so much better if bill allowed its managers to actually manage the stores they run

Gloria provided outstanding customer service and made a fantastic iced coffee. Pine Road is definitely worth a visit. Great atmosphere as always!

I don't visit Dunkin' very often, but when I do, I prefer it. The staff are quick and friendly, and most of the time my drink and food are prepared correctly. There might be a wait, especially on a busy weekday morning, but things move pretty quickly.

Was here at 6:30 on Monday August 22 and the people in the drive through were so rude horrible customer service
