Chick-fil-a - Bristol

Ordered on the app and had to wait in the car. When I came into the window, my food was not ready, so I had to wait in a numbered place for them to bring it out, but their were not open numbered spots because a bunch of people were waiting for food that was not ready. We finally got our bags and we didn't have the sauces we wanted.

Food n Service was a 10 very nice courtesy and fast

It was incredibly busy on Labor Day. The food prices are on the higher side. I wish the service were quicker. McDonald's had 95% fewer customers and was much more efficient. I don't like waiting. I really appreciate McDonald's app, especially the free deals like buy one, get one free. I wish Chick-fil-A offered a similar BOGO deal. Meanwhile, Kentucky Fried Chicken's sandwich is still a great option, and they have a survey on the receipt that lets you purchase one sandwich and get another for free. Each restaurant offers its own unique flavor when it comes to chicken, and it's nice to have options. The KFC sandwich is a bit pricier, but the survey makes it worthwhile.

The cookies were terrible and were not edible. Doughy in the middle and heavy. not light and fluffy as I have received most other chic felt A.

I definitely love Chick-fil-A a lot! The food is always great. I never leave here unsatisfied.
