Don't know how they manage it, but pretty tasteless. The one by the Audi garage is much better

Eat (sea bass) was nice and the afogato superb . service a bit slow, but they were pretty busy. the restaurant was very cold! I have to keep my coat. Totally good

In view of the fact, how busy it was, the service was fast and the staff very friendly.

We loved going to carluccios, but it really went into our appreciation and we won't go back. the starters were forgotten, so not arrived. the net came, but not 2 of 3 were stone cold. the staff apologised and was nice, but it was a little bit rubbish! the food was taken away and came back hot, but we all ate separated, they took 10% off the bill. I think they would have removed the cost of eating that was served cold, at least I'm not one to write a review, but thought that this could be helpful for others when considering options at cribbs causeway.

The main reason why I go to carluccio’s is that they serve gluten-free pasta. they had no gf pasta. fairly poor if they can buy good gf pasta from any super market. the waiter was beautiful and very apologetic, but we ate somewhere else.
