Tops Pizza - Bristol

Ordered on the app, the driver decided to take our pizzas to another part of Bristol for ten minutes then order then luke warm. Rang up and they gave some bull. Dont order from here!!

Do not order from this store!! Not the first time I’ve had problems with these guys. Never received my order which was for pick up. They said it didn’t exist even though I gave them the order number. After 45 minutes I phoned the store, staff were very rude and pretty much hung up on me. Still haven’t got a refund after 3 complaints. Save yourself the hassle!

Delivery was well after the time it said on the app. When we tried to chase they put the phone down on us a couple of times. Pizza arrived cold. Disappointing.

Wish there was a no star rating .Ordered food an hour and 10 minutes ago.The app says its still prepping .Tried ringing for last half hour no answer. No way to cancel .Worst branch I have used

Had the deal : 2 large pizzas, 2 garlic breads, cookies and a 1.2 coke for £28! So cheap. Food came really fast, it was so good. Would definitely order from again.
