During our two-night stay in the area, we dined at this restaurant. They offered a variety of vegan starters, two vegan main dishes, and vegan dessert options, including sorbet. The flavors were exceptional! Our favorites were the risotto, curry, and baked pineapple with coconut sorbet. We were impressed by the selection at this country pub. We later discovered that other Butcombe menus in the area also provide equally delicious vegan choices.

I tried the new menu at this restaurant. I had a delicious braided beef dish on a bed of mashed potatoes with a side of vegetables. My partner had mussels and fries. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly. We hope to return in a few weeks to try more dishes!

Frequently meet friends here, food is great and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and easy going. We use Butcome loyalty and tend to dine on a Wednesday when you get a percentage off, this has amounted to a free meal a year, so well worth doing! Overall, great little spot.
