This charming find in the center of Stokes Croft is a hidden gem. The food was absolutely delightful.

Gorgeous roast with perfect veggies to go with it including cauliflower cheese without having to order it as a side 10/10

The place was under construction so very noisy as music was put on loud to compensate. Menu was via a website but no signal downstairs so had to look on waiter's phone which felt awkward and pressured us into a decision. We visited for Sunday lunch and the food was lovely although was disappointed the vegan option didn't come with the same trimmings, especially as I am not actually vegan just didn't want the meat options. No gravy either. That said, the atmosphere was quite buzzing even for a Sunday afternoon and the food was tasty. Nice enough place, but probably wouldn't rush back.
