Sushi Edo Sunnybank Plaza - Brisbane

This is my favorite Sushi Edo location. I went for dinner and the restaurant was packed. The sushi is made fresh with generous toppings, except for the Uni (Sea Urchin) Nigiri. Unfortunately, the serving of Uni was disappointingly small, just like my last visit in April. I recommend that management consider raising the price of the Uni Nigiri in order to provide a more substantial serving. My favorite dishes are the Scampi Nigiri, Crumbed Kaki (Oysters), Wagyu Nigiri, and Agedashi Tofu.

Sushi quality was very good and customer service was great! Especially the lady who served us, Quick and friendly. The lady also gave little toys for my 6 years old daughter when we paying there. Definitely will go back again.

One of the best sushi restaurants in Brisbane. The plates all are the same price and they make them fresh. You use a tablet to make your order. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Not bad for a sushi train type restaurant as it has many varieties of sushi but quality of sushi and service received seems to fluctuate every time I visit. Staff seem unbothered and frustrated when I ask them for help. other than that it is a great place to eat a variety of sushi on the cheaper side.

It was delicious and the salmon was fresh than before, but when you order the sushi from their iPad, some time was to slow. I was just order one sushi for waiting about 12 mins
