My boyfriend and I were walking his dog when we passed by this little shop and he suggested that we get fish and chips for dinner.

This fish and chip shop sums up my childhood really. Been coming here since I could remember. Grew up nearby. I'm an adult now and moved to another suburb but I make the trip back to that roundabout regularly. The chips are perfect and the calamari with tartare sauce you just can't beat. This is not me being biased too I'm in Europe at the moment trying all types of seafood and I still can't find a place that beats Rainworth seafoods. The owners changed some years back but the main cook is still the same and she knows how to get it done. She has a temper so if your not friendly when you come in she will give you a look. You know the one I'm talking about if you have been there. Highly recommend

Quick service, had great reef fish, other dinners enjoyed the snapper. Sat inside at clean tables. Parking can be tricky, but it is worth the walk from your car to the shop. Good prices.

While this may not be the best fish and chips you have ever eaten, I guarantee it will be one of the best value. You always know what you will get, the service is very quick and you get a lot more for your money than other surrounding fish and chip takeaway restaurants in close proximity.
