30 minutes to get steamed dumplings. kopfwarte was openly intoxicating other workers in full loudness in the middle of the floor. very aggressive and very not helpful

As a self-described dumpling knowr I can highly recommend this place. this is now the second visit and the dumplings are so good. if they are looking for a great service and a great culinary experience, not the place for them. come here for delicious food, otherwise they will be disappointed. recommend pork rolls and xiao long bao!

Only a drink came out before eating, the dumplings then arrived, but no sign of the rice that was also ordered. another drink then arrived, but three were still missing. knödel were okay, but not amazing. no sign of the tear or. other drinks. then we cancelled the shipping order after another 20 minutes, as there was no point. When this was done, they then said that the drinks were not able to be made, but they never came and told us that until we complained. overall very terrible service, never go back and do not recommend.

Came down to try this place and had to say, also the stirring frite was tasteless and I also came over sand in it, probably because not washing sweet etc before cooking, the peiking duck was just terrible! a handful of frozen... tasteless pieces and a few rolls accused at almost $45, it was a little sweat! if they are looking for a descending fast bite there are so many other options in brisbane, just not this place! I'm not sure who cooks this and prep does it, but even an average person could easily surpass it. my wife didn't even eat after a few initial draws. we have made the mistake not to check the reviews here what reflects our experience. I don't think I can give them a star here.

Went there and being told to wait for 5-10 min. Waited for 10 min, the girl didn’t even let us in but people waiting behind us got seated after a short wait albeit we are the first on the waiting list. Went to her and...told we have waited for 10 min and she asked us to keep waiting. Well, your service are terrible and you didn’t even deserve a single star!
