Hudson Corner - Brisbane

I had heard great things about this place, so when the chance came to dine here, we jumped at it. The service was excellent. We were greeted by the professional and friendly Morgan and given a selection of great tables to choose from. The drinks came quickly, and we received a thorough explanation of the high quality menu. I decided on a bean burrito and fries, which were promptly served and tasted delicious. The portions were generous. The waitress, who happened to be my daughter, sneaked a chip but we didn't mind sharing. We loved Hudson Corner and would recommend it for couples, groups, and families. The atmosphere was fantastic.

I have visited this restaurant twice now and have been very impressed both times. The beef brisket was excellent and the beef and blue burger was probably the best burger I have ever eaten. I have a lot of experience when it comes to comparing burgers, and this one definitely stands out.

I was served by my favorite waitress Taija, who is a goddess and great at making conversation. She brought out my Shroom Boom dish, which was filled with crispy mushrooms and fresh ingredients that were to die for. The sauce was so delicious, I would love to have the recipe! The fries were also perfect, satisfying all my potato cravings. I even joked about someday putting an onion ring on that finger. I am still recovering from the amazing meal I had, but I have no regrets. My compliments to the chef! #noregrets #mycomplimentstothechef

Dropped in Saturday for a couple of burgers and drinks. My wife had the Cheese Burger and I opted to try the Brisket Blue. Neither disappointed in the slightest, the brisket fell apart, easily the best burger I have had in an age. Even though it was busy the food arrived quickly and the staff were very friendly. Looking forward to working through the menu.

I can highly recommend Hudson Corner. We had fantastic service and great food. They also have some of the hottest sauce available in Brisbane so if you like it spicy, this should be on your list of must-visit restaurants!
