Crust is located in quiet street opposite the park so outside with byo just sitting nicely. pizza with lots of topping and very crisp
I know an Australian chain, but I have eaten twice here and both the pizzas were great. they are happy for them to eat in and byo, which is an additional bonus with an off license directly above the road.
I ordered a big garlic pizza for $22.00 delivery was on time as per confirmation email. the pizza was a nice temperature and was fresh enough. but there was nothing special doing wise. all right, not so much better than a chain that would have been cheaper.
If you like your pizza from the chains that offer pizza for $6, it's unlikely you'll want to pay the price for a pizza at Crust and probably won't be located in their markets (locations at Grange, Hamilton, Hawthorn, Paddington and the Gold Coast in...Queensland). Pizzas cost $21 $22 for a large size and come in a huge range of gourmet flavours (think Kimchi BBQ Chicken amongst tens of other flavour combinations). Among their gourmet offerings, they have a range of pizzas that have the heart foundation tick of approval. Crust pizzas are the typical Anglo interpretation of a pizza (i.e. very non traditional Italian), so thicker base and loaded up with flavourings. However, they are a serious cut above the cheap chains in terms of taste and quality. Crust is at the high end of pizza chains. Free home delivery for orders over $20. Delivery can be slow on nights when there is an event at Suncorp Stadium.
