Bidrage med feedbackWe started with the fresh crab meat Xiao Long Bao, which had a lovely flavor, but I would have preferred a thinner skin and a bit more broth. For our main courses, we ordered chicken with dark vinegar sauce and prawns with vermicelli and rice. Both dishes were delicious and perfectly seasoned! However, the chicken was a bit dry. I enjoyed the unique flavor of the deep-fried leaves that accompanied the chicken. The staff were helpful and polite throughout our meal. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, though I found the prices to be a bit steep—$26 for a stir-fried mixed vegetable dish seemed excessive!
I've been there several times for both yum cha and dinner, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. The restaurant's setup is quite sophisticated, featuring a sleek black-themed decor. The yum cha offerings are delicate and fresh, while the dinner menu boasts a wide range of options, including seafood and local produce. I highly recommend the wagyu beef, soy spatchcock, and salt-and-pepper squid. They also have private rooms available for special occasions.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed everything we ordered, particularly the Steamed Coral Trout Fillet in Chilli Sauce and the Crispy Skin Spatchcock in Shandong Sauce. The dishes were exquisitely prepared, and the service was professional, warm, and welcoming. Combined with the comfortable and elegant atmosphere, we had a truly wonderful evening dining at Brisbane Phoenix.

Though the food is a bit pricey, but the service and the food taste here is delicious. We tried one of the most recommended fish, roasted duck and eggplants. All of us quite satisfied with the food and definitely come back to try their yumcha menu!
