Doubletree By Hilton San Francisco Airport North Bayfront

My family booked 4 rooms, 2 queen beds 2 weeks before our trip. When we arrived, they gave us 4 rooms, 1 king bed each. We had 16 guests, how are we supposed to fit in 4 beds. When we brought it up to the manager, nothing was done. He just issued a refund. Mind you, this was 11pm. My family had nowhere to go. This is unacceptable. I am a very dissatisfied customer, do better Double Tree.

Hotel was good, room was comfortable and clean. I booked this hotel because they advertise shuttle service to and from the airport. My flight was delayed and I arrived late, when I called for the shuttle they stated that it was not available. The next day when I checked out about noon, the front desk advised that there was limited shuttle service due to COVID restart and the shuttle service was not available. I spent an extra $60 for transportation that was advertised as included with my stay. Please be aware if staying at this location.

I reserved my room through booking.com, was quoted $360.70. But was charged $679.00 because a staff member changed my room and charged me more without my knowledge or consent. This place is a scam! Don’t book here!

The location is very convenient for an early morning flight out of SFO. We had our digital key but went to the Front Desk to get our complimentary cookies and we were greeted by one of the nicest humans we've ever met. SHAH AWI is super nice and sweet. He took care of all our needs i.e. cookies, parking pass, physical key. SHAH is a great asset to Double Tree. An exemplary ambassador not just for the Double Tree but to the whole Hilton brand. Thank you Shah!

I was at the hotel for business. checkin was efficient and the staff was friendly. The cookies are to die for! so good! The hotel room was clean and quiet. The internet (wifi) was fast! rooms had water available... if you open it they charge your room. that was nice because I don't like drinking tap water. I didn't get to enjoy the food/restaurant but they have a little area with a bunch of snacks and essentials for purchase. I loved the fact that the hotel was so close to SF (particularly the chase center)... I also was able to get out and go to the local mall, Tanforan I think. that had a variety of stores/food there. overall great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
