Excellent location, staff menu. Refreshing coffee drinks and pastries galore. Tasty creative menu. Lots of seating indoors out. I’ll be back for dinner!

I ordered a butter cream cupcake. I cut it in half as it was a large cupcake and noticed as the knife went through it that it was most likely stale. The texture was dry and at first bite it tasted stale and there wasn’t a buttercream frosting on it. It tasted like Crisco and sugar. I went to the counter and I told the waitress possibly owner that the cupcake was stale and she said that’s impossible we just made them yesterday. I said if they were made yesterday that’s why they are stale today sitting out uncovered in the air. I asked for my money back and she said it’s impossible it’s stale and I said we’ll it doesn’t taste good and I can’t eat it so I’d like a refund please. She tells we will do nothing for you , it’s not stale. I left the stale cupcake on the counter and as I was walking away a patron said, offer her something else. She yells to him “no I do nothing”My friend had a bear claw that was also not good but it was edible. Another friend had the key lime tart and enjoyed that. She did however have to wait about 10 minutes to get her tea. We won’t be back. Very poor customer service. I guess no one ever explained to this woman that the customer is always right. BTW the cupcake was $5 plus tax and it’s not about the money; it’s about poor customer service and the fact that she could care less if I was a satisfied consumer.

The food is awesome, the atmosphere is great and the service is also great! Highly recommend
