Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Our family of 8 stopped here for breakfast. We received our meals at different times and also when we finally got them, 3 of the eight meals were wrong even though the receipt had correct orders.

Absolutely disgusting food & very slow service, how this restaurant continues to get customers beats me. I'd drive to Moonah Mcdonalds before I'd stop at this outlet again.

All round POIR reflection on lack of MANAGEMENT! We ordered through self serve machine. Got to the end and it has run out of paper so printed no receipt. Then had to go to counter and manager was serving. He printed receipt, but I noticed he didn't top up the machine so sane would happen to following customers. Then went to sit down. EVERY single table needed wiping down and we're obviously dirty. In the 20 minutes we were there I didn't see 1 table wiped down after use. I thought I could wipe it myself but guess what - the wipes container was EMPTY! I also noticed the floors were very grubby & looked like they needed a PROPER clean. I used the bathroom and guess what? Dirty floor and walls that again need a proper clean - corners grotty and old dirt up walls. I would recommend management get off the till and MANAGE the place, get the staff wiping tables and checking cleanliness and SACK your obviously slack hap hazard cleaners. We will never return & I can't believe as a McDonalds franchisee you are getting away with it!

Out of all of the McDonald's restaurants I have visited in Tasmania, this one rates the lowest as far as quality of food and customer service goes.The staff act like robots and some are borderline rude and make you feel as though you are interfering with their day by going there!!As far as the food goes - nothing unusual for 2 cars to be in the waiting bays, regardless of what time of day it is, and out of all the times I have been to this place, only once were the chips freshly cooked and hot.Definitely check your Order before driving off, as the staff don't like to put sauces in the bag.. EVER

Not exactly the best Macca's I've been to. Found it to be a bit on the grubby side. Good location. Can't miss the yellow arches used as a beacon to most traveling the Midlands highway. Even the roundabout North of the Bridgewater bridge is known collocaly as McDonald's roundabout.
