Shakeaway - Brighton and Hove

Very well served, quite consistent for a great price. I should say that there is 1 or 2 waitresses who are nice, besides that, they could be as cold as my milkshake. I 've tried few and I can say that it 's a good quality, I can 't understand bad advises which said disgusting yogurt The bad thing would be that they are quite unwelcome, and I would love them to be more joyful as they are selling happy food, summer vibes you know! Allow me to ask you to try the Malteser 's one, and the Skittle 's one. These are awesome, plus, there is a fidelity card, and for the chip price, it 's a very good place to go in summer!

I have visited many Shakeaways ,and this particular one NEVER fails to please me ove the years. The staff are friendly and always happy to adapt things to exactly what you want. The never ending new flavor combinations mean that you never have to have to same drink ever again if you want . But on the other hand you can always have your old favorite on any visit.

Literally no choice. Doesn’t taste of yogurt. Bad flavours. Got given chunks of frozen fruit. Servers seemed annoyed we ordered it even though it is clearly on the menu.

Whilst Shakeaway does give good milkshakes, and I was glad at the option of having a vegan shake, I must admit that I have had better. However, the main issue did seem to be customer service. I waited for a while whilst the lady serving continued to have a conversation with another worker about things completely unrelated to work. Not a problem in itself, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged when I walked into the shop. When she was finally ready to serve, there was no 'hello, what can I get you? ', she just turned and looked at me as if she was annoyed by my presence. Another issue is the amount of disposable plastic here. Plastic lids and straws are given out without being asked for and in this day and age, given the current climate emergency, I would expect more of an effort to be made, particularly in the centre of Brighton. Paper straws are easily obtainable should someone ask.

I am disappointed with the service there. I waited for a whole 50 minutes in the line then I waited for another 20 minutes to be served (they were cleaning up apparently). Overall the milkshakes were tasty but was not #worth it
