I have been purchasing fish and chips from this restaurant for 7 years and have always been impressed with the consistently high quality of the food. The fish is always fresh and cooked to order, while the chips are usually crispy and delicious. The owner is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is located in a peaceful residential area with convenient on-street parking. There are outdoor seating options available in front of the restaurant, or you can take your meal across the street to St Ann's Well Gardens and enjoy it on a park bench. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Brighton has the best fish and chips restaurant! I have been going there since it first opened, and each visit just keeps getting better. I highly recommend it!

I recently enjoyed a delicious portion of cod and chips at this restaurant. The cod was a generous serving that was plump and flavorful. The chips were cooked perfectly. The staff were also very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving some tasty fish and chips.

Massively surprised at how awful the batter was after taking this round the corner to where I live. It was soggy and didn’t retain any firmness. The fish itself doesn’t appear to be the flakey cod texture you get from good chippies. I’m dubious about the freshness and type of fish they are serving here. See for yourself. Won’t be returning.

Simply the best in Brighton. Friendly staff and all cooked fresh to order. The haddock especially is excellent.
