Bottom's Rest - Brighton and Hove

I went to this pub with my team for post-work drinks and we had a great time! The beer was well maintained, the bar staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly locals and trying the Brighton Gin. The music had a great playlist and was at a perfect volume for conversation, making it a great place to hang out. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Fantastic Sri Lankan food here. Came on Saturday afternoon. First time having the menu and was not disappointed. Two of us had the black pork curry and the other had the chicken curry. Really comforting food on a horrible grey wet day. Had a selection of tasty starters also. Would definitely recommend and will be back to try some more.

The authentic aromas of cinnamon, cloves, clever, well balanced spices and herbs bring a tasty mouthful each time you dig into the more-ish dishes. The devilled sauce on chicken or anything it touches is always so yummy and the well-spiced dahls compliment the perfect rice so well. Papadums and Chutneys are great too, the pineapple especially being so refreshing on the palate. Great job and looking forward to coming back with more friends soon. Thanks Indika!
