7bone Burger Co. - Brighton and Hove

7 bone used to be great food but now it’s sadly not. The banoffee milkshake was amazing but the burgers were average. The buns are bulk standard and not even steamed or toasted. The chicken wings were awful! The masala chicken taco was a joke! Such a shame.

Had a great meal as always when i’m here, Burger Jesus’s service was brilliant. Would recommend the One Big Chicken Burger.

We used to be regular customers at the now closed branch in Hove so we expected good things. The waitress seated us at a very small table for 2 and told us that ordering is all the app as its easier for everyone. It was not easy for us. The menu descriptions on the app do not match those on the hard copy menu. We had catch the attention of a member of staff 3 times for help locating menu items on the app. One example is chicken skin halloumi fries, on the app as Buttermilk/ch hallos. After around 20 frustrating mins we reached the payment stage to find we were kicked out and had to start the whole process again. Not before being asked for a tip though, despite at this point having received no food, drink or service of any kind. We couldn't face having to start at the beginning with the app and left to go over the road to Honest Burger where we had friendly and efficient service throughout.

Good quality food, friendly and lovely customer service for the short time inside even for take away. Highly recommend

Came with a couple of friends after a walk, excellent christmas option and milkshakes! we were very satisfied!
