Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Brighton

This was a terrible experience overall! It looked understaffed and there was a 40 minute wait for a single combo. I can usually understand a wait, but there were also a lot of issues with the meal. The main combo sauce was missing, the drink machine was out of ice, the biscuit was cold and had visible globs of butter on top, and the onion rings were cold and had fries mixed in (this was especially concerning, as the establishment said they were out of fries when we ordered, so these were definitely old and discarded). Overall, I say save you money and shop at the A&W next door, or wait until you're at your local Popeyes rather than this particular En Route one.

Waited 15 minutes for my order, got back to truck and got rolling and my order was wrong. Ordered spicy tenders got mild. Also only one dipping sauce for 5 tenders? Oh wait that was ok because they were the smallest tenders I have ever gotten at Popeye's anywhere and the one dipping sauce was more than enough. Usually when the tenders are that small they give you a couple extra to make up for the size. Will not be back to this Popeye's location

Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo here. Was handed it without cutlery, asked for a fork they had none, asked for ketchup, they were out. I?m paying the full price to Popeyes for these items too, anyway would?ve been good to know prior to ordering. Should?ve followed my gut when there was line up everywhere else but here.

Ordered 8pc chiken , Mild ,all dark but leg pieces were not available at that time ,so i was given choice 1/2 white and 1/2 dark .appearance was so tempting and pieces were so fresh but i felt them to be more salty than usual. I asked for extra plates and were given.overall experience is good.Great job Popeyes !

Who doesn?t love Popeyes Cajun fries, which is their signature fry! The reason I begged my husband to pull over on our 6 hour drive home was for these fries! We ordered burgers and checked them, but I never thought about open the fries box, because their fries are ALWAYS Cajun, I never ever knew Popeyes can even have regular fries! When we started driving, I opened the box and saw regular fries I don?t like regular fries so this meal was terrible for me! I won?t recommend or come back to this location!
