Panera Bread - Brighton

Bowl of soup was only slightly above the half way point. It literally was the same amount in our cups of soup.

Everything was fine, but all I can say is Educate the front staff, the person that works the register!!!!! You need to be able to describe is being served! Especially the new Hot Bowl. A bit of rice with lettuce, fresh, crisp, vegetables let them know every vegetable, that’s in it with Hummus and yoghurt, On the side! With the choice of chicken or not now, how hard is that now that would entice me to wanna eat it! Shame shame shame shame on the people that train employees! Poor management

I am not kidding when I say I have *never* received a single order that was correct when I've gone to this Panera. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Grand River instead.

Dirty tables, dirty floors, cold, always out of mayo packets, dirty bathrooms, sticky drink area....the list goes on unfortunately.

This place can’t get a order correct. Every time there’s something missing, half sandwich not whole. Why can’t they check an order?
