Bidrage med feedbackOrdered two individual size pepperoni sausage pizzas to go and when we got home we realized they were overcooked. The sausage was burnt and black. My wife and I were surprised the cook would have even sent it out like this. We took them back the next day and the manger was dumbfounded what he should do. Finally offered to refund the money, but didn?t even have the courtesy to say sorry for running your dinner plans. If you have eaten there lately you have probably experienced long delays getting your food and the food is satisfactory at best. Old Chicago 2155 Prairie Center Parkway Brighton, Colorado, 80601
We started with the cheesy garlic bread. The bread was absolutely disappointing. Literally a baguette with mozzarella sprinkled over the top. First semester, college level cheesy bread. My daughters Mac& cheese was terrible, ice cold, with a runny watery cheese sauce. My wife stated that as far as carbonara goes it was the worst she?s had yet. My Italian sausage thin crust pizza was delicious however I had asked for green peppers that were forgot and instead I received full rings of bell pepper. Our waitress Britney was gorgeous.
Out of state. Decided to try this restaurant. Was disappointed in my meal. Bread was dry and hard. Fries were cold and burnt. Service was under staffed. Our waitress was nice. Cleanliness was average.
I love going to old Chicago! The wood is always amazing whenever I?ve gone, I love to get the pizza rolls and the Italian nachos. They would have to be my favorite things on the menu! The service was amazing and, my server was amazing and very nice.
Everything about this place was on point! From the time you walk in the door, the greeter was friendly and welcoming. The services second to none. When I let my server know about my allergy. He went out of his way to make sure he'd given me accurate information. His recommendations were perfect. The food was fabulous ?. Everything about my meal was great! I definitely recommend this place and I will be back. What a wonderful welcome to Brighton and Colorado.
