Cold Stone Creamery - Brighton

I absolutely love this place, and I go here quite often. I am always treated so nicely and the staff is always so respectful. I am usually able to get in and out even when it's super busy! Yet there is some things that I see here and there that makes me question a few things. I will see some of the staff after doing something start rubbing their gloves on their shirts or their pants not even an apron but their normal shirts and pants. Or I will sometimes see one or two workers just leaning against counters or talking with each other not doing any work. Just those two things, but they still don't really sit right with me.

I got the mango pineapple smoothie and it was delicious

I went there and when i ordered my cookie dough ice cream i instead got pistachio ice cream and not only that, there were 10 toenails in my pistachio ice cream. when i went to the bathroom there were cockroaches in the toilet, i will not go here again and definitely do not reccomend.
