Sprinkles Gelato Brighton

I haven't eaten better ice cream for everyone, on site or to take away, in a waffle, cup, cup or jar, milk, fruit or sorbet.

A great selection of ice creams, but that 's about it for gluten free options. Slightly worrying that I had to explain to the staff what is meant by gluten free , and there seemed to be no understand of the concept of cross contamination. The place has a slightly run down feel to it too, giving the feel of a kebab house at 2am on a Saturday morning. The food finally arrived for my partner, after being served to another customer. Probably won 't be coming back.

Can the staff go at anything other than an absolute snail's pace? I went in today, waited about 10 minutes and just left because the only person doing ice cream was STILL serving the same customer after all that time. It was a hot, sunny Sunday and the place was DEAD. Now I know why, I expect they all gave up and went elsewhere too. I'll be staggered if this place is still in business this time next year.

What's not to love about delicious treats and a variety of options? Sometimes takes a while to come out but always well presented. Good for celebrations or an after dinner treat if the pudding menu at your restaurant doesn't inspire !!
