Harby's Diner - Brighton

We visited this restaurant for lunch to celebrate a birthday, and were very impressed by the welcoming and polite staff. The service was excellent, with prompt drink delivery and well-presented, hot food. The atmosphere was relaxed, with a great ambiance. After finishing our lunch, we relaxed on comfortable sofas and enjoyed another drink. We stayed for the best part of the afternoon, thoroughly enjoying our time. This was our fourth visit for birthday celebrations, and we will definitely be coming back again. A great place to visit, highly recommended! Kudos to the staff for a job well done.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious and we were served by an exceptional waiter. It was a wonderful experience, all thanks to the manager, Luca.

The restaurant in the hotel was quieter than others in the area, which we actually preferred. We were surprised by the limited menu at this nautical-themed restaurant and were expecting more seafood options. We shared an order of Tiger Prawns, but felt that the portion of 3 pieces was small and would have been willing to pay a bit more for 4 pieces. Our two main dishes, fish and chips and a burger with fries, were enjoyable. Although the fish and chips was slightly pricey. The service was good and the staff were attentive. Overall, the prices were a bit higher than expected for the portion sizes, but we had a pleasant experience.

We stopped by for cocktails and they were probably the best we've ever had. Pablo, the bartender, was charming and knowledgeable, and his recommendations were excellent. Would definitely recommend this place!
