Happy Maki Take Away - Brighton

This restaurant used to be fully dedicated to gluten-free options, but some of their suppliers have introduced 'may contain' warnings. They do provide an allergen matrix, but not all menu items are gluten-free anymore. I personally haven't had a reaction, but it's something to keep in mind. The food is delicious, though!

The food was absolutely stunning and incredibly tasty. Even my partner, who doesn't usually enjoy vegan or gluten-free dishes, loved every single bite. We will definitely return because we want to try everything on the menu! The service was excellent too, with everything explained to us in detail.

I have severe celiac disease, and I discovered this restaurant through Find Me Gluten Free. They are completely gluten-free and operate a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. They also offer a vegan menu. I highly recommend dining here; I’ve never felt safer eating at a restaurant.

To be brutally honest, sushi is a 4/5. but they can not ignore all the ethos this little jewel of a sushi shop. they let them decide how much they pay for the sushi burritos, with a part of it go o charity. these are the companies I admire. well done! LL/OC

Always one has to visit brighton. all dishes gluten free so many options for me. nice server that also ask for allergies. defo recommend
