Casaazul - Brighton

Wonderful, cheerful, friendly owner. always amazing when I go there. I always drink his food. tasty spicy . also today tried his new homemade dessert, although he was full. it was delicious. I will return defenetly. Thank you.

What a great surprise was that! so nice and tasty eating. so many flavors and you can say that this has been done with passion. the owners were so friendly and we felt super welcome from the moment we approached the restaurant. I was so excited when I saw that they had horchata! I can't wait to try more from here! my photos do not make it fair haha

I can never get a photo of my food because I eat it too fast! I go to casa azul since they are open and eating is consistently delicious and the staff is very warm and friendly. I am not vegan, but many of my friends are and his so great there is a vegan version of everything on the menu. They can also pick up authentic Mexican ingredients and there is always something new to try like homemade cakes and ice cream my brighton gem, I love the introduction of people to this place

It's true that authentic Mexican food is hard to find in Britain, and even more so in Brighton, but fortunately, Casazul delivers the real deal. Their menu is reasonably sized, striking a balance between variety and simplicity, and offers plenty of vegan and vegetarian options alongside meat dishes. Each plate features straightforward yet perfectly seasoned ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is fantastic. The owner was lovely and engaging, happily answering all our questions about Mexican cuisine. Additionally, they offer a wide range of Mexican ingredients and prepared items for sale, allowing us to take home some wonderful items for our own kitchen, in addition to enjoying a delicious lunch. Casazul is run by people who clearly know their craft and excel at it. It's truly a hidden gem.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Brighton! The authenticity is incredible, they even serve Mexican cola. The staff is super friendly as well. I’ll definitely be coming back. I absolutely loved it!
