Bite Me - Brighton

I had lunch on my way to a museum, where I ordered a mixed salad, a latte, an almond croissant, and a kombucha drink. Everything was beautiful and fresh, just as I expected. The restroom facilities were adequate. However, I found it quite annoying that there’s no place for people to hang their coats and bags when they are alone and need to use the restroom.

I've been a regular visitor since late November 2021 and have even decided to take out a subscription. I want to highlight two exceptional employees who provide outstanding customer service, even under considerable stress. Claire is an incredible barista; she perfects my drinks and brings them to me with courtesy and a positive attitude. I always feel welcome as a customer. Dave's practical knowledge of Pret a Manger has been immensely helpful. He truly gets to know his customers and often anticipates what regulars want, which is impressive, especially during labor shortages. I want to express my gratitude for their hard work and dedication.
