Big steakhouse menu. Wooden fire grill, great atmosphere and service. The best rib anywhere. Great service.

Great food, management was helpful, waitress was decent who is a megan in training, she was great... beautiful wedding sample dinner... thank you.

I recommend Gerard's Prime 13. Nice menu choice of appetizers and main course to choose from. The food was delicious and the service was also very good. The portion size was above the average. The presentation was very appealing! The staff was very pleasant. Will definitely be back.

The food was good. But the service was terrible. The waiter hardly spoke, didn't even imagine. Waiting for drinks and food was very long. The white Sangria we ordered was terrible. We went somewhere else to make dessert because we couldn't stand to be in this place with such an unfriendly and arrogant server. When we left, we asked his name because he never imagined himself. His answer was that his name was Frank and that the hostess had told us his name. Despite the good food, we don't feel comfortable.

This restaurant did not live until its 4.6 review. I held a reservation last Saturday and disappointed many things. On arrival we waited half an hour for our beverage order and go to the next bottle order was not in stock. Dinner lasted over 2 hours. When asked, our waiter was very apologetic that seats were overlapped and tickets were secured in the kitchen. Several cartridges went out and at no point has the administration checked on the tables to provide support for their waiting employees. We only went 10:30 with a reservation of 7:00. If it wasn't for a dinner with friends, I would have run out. The food and price point was not worth it.
