Beautiful afternoon with friends table from 10 outside, perfect day!

We booked an outdoor table for 8 people 6 days beforehand and sent a confirmatory email the day before but a table was not reserved for us. We were offered an indoor table or an outside table for 1/2 hour until a bigger reservation was booked for 4.30 pm or offered the use of another outdoor table to be shared and not enough room for our group. We felt it was a waste of time booking. Half of our group were from interstate and we travelled from Launceston to show our visitors what was a highly recommended eatery. We were extremely disappointed and would have stayed longer and spent more money if our booking had been reserved for us !

Very accommodating and friendly. Super busy evening but nothing was a problem and wait times were minimal. Excellent vibe, delicious food and sublime cocktails and gin!!

Calamari was great, service wasn’t super with items forgotten but granted it was quiet busy. Repeatedly putting child on rather loud microphone wasn’t what we had in mind with the ‘live music’ promo on nye.

Ambience and venue itself was great, food was good but thought menu would be more of a grazing and tapas based but menu wasn't available to view online when we booked. We had a indoor booking but were going to be seated outside (weather was ordinary), it was quickly rectified but unfortunately a couple had to be moved that were already enjoying there meal to accommodate us. Finally, I know was busy but thought staff would atleast take 5 minutes to take us through the distilleries products you produce...
