Bower Inn - Bridgwater

We have been sitting for lunch, not booked, but we can get a table. good selection in the menu. we both chose the beer-battered chloride chips. crispy batter and moist cadjau. it was great, nice that we went for the easier portions, because we didn't last long. great service eating.

This pub is absolutely stunning! The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The manager is a delightful person who makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The food is amazing, and they are dog-friendly in the pub area. I highly recommend trying their Sunday roast; it’s fantastic! When I saw the large portions, I opted for a child's size, and I was blown away by the generous serving of fish—wow, it looks and tastes delicious. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this beautiful and friendly pub, The Bower Inn in Bridgwater.

Andy was very helpful in arranging for us to have rooms next to each other. The rooms were a good size and clean, including the bathroom. For breakfast, we enjoyed a full English with tea, coffee, and juice. It would have been great to have some options, but overall, we were very happy with our visit.

We’ve been staying in hotels for last 22 days and therefore the better hotels stand out as The Bower did. A very happy easy welcome and shown to a room that is instantly relaxing and welcoming. Our bikes quickly safely stored and a delicious meal that was a different positive change standing head and shoulders above so many others.
