Not sure what's happening with Tims, but the service has gone down hill. The staff is out right rude!

Employee standing in kitchen playing with their cellphone, and doesn't even wash their hands before making peoples orders. Gonna have to teach them how to wash their hands. Something most people know how to do from the age of 3.
