The customer service is excellent. The food is good but typical.

Very disappointing all around. I ordered a chicken marsala and side salad with no onions (due to an allergy). My food arrived over 40 minutes late, without silverware (although, I did request it in 2 places) and both dishes were smothered in onions and therefore, inedible.

Recently had large gathering at the Martinsville Panatieri's. The service and the food were incredible. Looking forward to doing it again.

The food is decent but dealing with the people at the counter is painful. Things aren't ready and they've got no care at all for the customer, you'll be standing at the counter while they answer the phone 3 times and assemble someone else's meal that's still incomplete acting like you at the counter are an annoyance.Have dealt with them for my own food and for delivery services and had as much as 20 minute waits where I ended up just leaving empty handed. Either because my own food would be too late or that other orders have to get done professionally and I've had to unassign an order because after 20 minutes I've found out they didn't even start the order yet despite saying 10 minutes twice, costing me any pay for my effort and time.

Ordered catering trays for my son's birthday party. Food was delicious, prices perfect for our budget and delivery was right on time. Would definitely recommend and use again.
