Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bridgeview

Great experience at this popeyes. I ordered a 16pc family meal and was asked to wait few extra minutes for fresh chicken to come up and I glady waited. Food was awesome and service was great.

I love this popeyes the customer service here is amazing and the food is always fresh and very good they never disappoint me !!!

I went to the drive-through, gave them my order and began waiting in line after I paid approximately five minutes later, a lady came to the window and Stated” I don’t know if anybody told you, but there is a wait” So I asked her how long of a wait and she didn’t know after she asked they said 25 minutes! I told her That I would’ve appreciated if Somebody could have told me because I couldn’t wait 25 minutes. I went inside and asked for a refund however, they wanted to give me other chicken like chicken tenders. I told them no I don’t want it anymore and I want a refund. She said I have to wait for the manager to come back and I said no I want my refund I need to leave every time I come to this Popeyes there is always food missing or some type of problem with the drive-through not working or chicken taking a long time I understand things take a long time sometimes, but every time going there it is a problem ! Popeyes is becoming terrible. They are unprofessional there was no manager on duty. It wasn’t very clean. I’m kind of thankful I went in to get my refund. We will never eat there ever again!

Worst experience ever they are super rude. They do not care they make you wait. Long. Period time yet never give you a reason why the food is horrible even though they say it’s fresh and comes out cold and under cooked. Customer service is

Did a fish sandwich. Drive thru. Got home. Center of fish was raw. Not good esp for such an expensive sandwich.
