Hilton Barbados Resort - Bridgetown

Great beaches and pools. The staff is also excellent. Only the complaint is that the hot tub was out of operation throughout our 6 days stay. Beach sand is super soft, but there are a number of rocks around so cautious when swimming. The hotel is located in the middle of many places to eat, which you can usually walk along the beach to come.

Last night we had an amazing dinner at The Grille. Our server, Brice, was pleasant and knowledgeable about the food. He even offered wine pairing suggestions, which I often do not experience in Barbados. The food was delicious and served quickly with the utmost care and attention. Truly a beautiful experience. Excellent

Great experience. Views are incredible. The service was amazing. I was on the 3rd floor and the views were spectacular. On the weekend they have a live saxophone player by the pool. The little coffee shop by the front desk has great coffee and great sandwiches.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Made me feel like I was family. On our first night we had dinner at The Grille restaurant and not only was the food amazing but our server Bryce was phenomenal his service was fantastic. For the lighthouse there were some splendid servers and the food was just as good. Overall the staff was wonderful. Can’t wait to be back :

It’s been a while since I’ve been back to the Hilton I was glad that I did return I will give you the pros and cons about this Hilton property Pros 1. The staff is wonderful they would do everything they can to help you and most of them have great customer service 2. The Buffay breakfast in the morning has a great selection 3. The property,rooms the lobby is well cut and clean 4. There is a large quantity of beach chairs that’s always available on the beach Cons 1. The location you can’t walk anywhere you have to take a cab pretty much everywhere. 2. Seaweed on the beach My overall review is when I checked in I was greeted I also was upgraded due to my status. But I was more impressed with the friendly and customer service that I received at the restaurant and bar downstairs by the pool. Shanice Was able to help me out since I had a hard time choosing what to eat she was a great help. Her hospitality was wonderful and I greatly appreciated everything that she did
