I didn't have a good experience at this restaurant. If you don't have Hispanic heritage, you might find it challenging. I felt like I was treated as if I wasn't in America. The staff kept switching between Spanish and English, and despite telling them multiple times that I didn't speak Spanish, I was ignored and told to go somewhere else.
I ordered a dessert and was disappointed to find that it had a soapy taste, particularly with the purple and green frosting. Fortunately, it wasn't for a party.
My son wanted to check this place out for a change so I sent him inside to pick out what he wanted. The staff was helpful, showing him where the bags were to select the baked goods of the display cabinets. He got a few different types of breads and pastries and everything seemed fine until I got home and noticed some spots on a couple of the things he bought. I look closer and realized it was mold. My son had just eaten moldy food. I was so disgusted. There's no excuse for this anytime, but especially not on a Sunday morning, what should be a busy selling day for a bakery. How can a bakery not ensure they are selling fresh food?
They cakes are delicious but I don’t like when I picked up our cakes (it happened three times) they make you to wait for a loooooong time. Also, the cakes were not made exactly as I expected and you see that they decorate the cakes in a hurry. Im sorry but, you should care more about it because your cakes are not cheap. Customers should get what they pay for. I hope you take it in a good way.
