These folks that do mobile orders have got to be incompetent. I rarely order from this location because it’s never a good experience. To spend over $20 and not even get what you ordered nor can you speak to a live person when you call. What accountability does it give the staff? Offering a free drink for ruing my dinner. How sway.

The worst chipotle I’ve ever been too! Do you know how embarrassing it is to have your new hire NOT KNOW your name! SMH I asked the girl who’s clearly new! I asked what was your name as she sat next to me on her break and she said “idk I think Eric! He doesn’t really talk to me .” SERIOUSLY HOOOWWWWWW. Then, the manager is some young guy who doubles charges u! When I clearly told him my card was charged and still made me pay cash! Told him I was charged on my card he told me no ! Wouldn’t look at my phone to see the authorization!Then I asked for a receipt and he told me he could not give one ! He should not be a manager and if he wants to continue to be one PLEASE RETRAIN HIM !!!! THE PLACE WAS FILTY OMG ? SHOULD HAVE TURNED AROUND !Also, Please do not order online either because you always get the wrong items! How hard is it to read what someone requested! Do better !!

This place use to be delicious, however the past two times I found an avocado core in my burrito bowl. The rice was severely overcooked and the bell peppers were huge. This will be my last time at this location. ?

At this location, the food preparers had bad attitudes and looked like they were upset that we had even walked in to order. They came across like it was our fault that they had to work. But what was nice was the young lady at the checkout counter. She was pleasant and had a smile. I appreciated that.
