"I had an issue with the lobster I ordered. I paid a considerable amount, but the portion of lobster meat I received was barely the size of half my pinky. I opted for delivery, but they wanted me to drive 30 minutes just so they could see the dish and prepare another one. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of the delivery."
The food is consistently great, but the sides could use improvement. I also wish they offered more deals or bundles because I would definitely eat here more often.
The tenders were still warm and very juicy, i definitely reccommend and the Garlic-Grilled Shrimp bussing
I often command this restaurant. I'll use scarf hub when my drink was missing. the red lobster told them. the manager told me that she was sorry and told me if she would give me a smoothie if I wanted to. I thanked her and went there and took it up. then I order again and a part of the meal was missing. I then called her to apologize again, and that I could choose two sides and a desert. I was like wow. She said she'd put me on a list and I can pick up when I was in the position. So I'm gone now and I'll call you back to make sure. I spoke to another manager who said I was not on the list, and told me that I called the next to talk to this manager, and then told me that it was up to Grub-Hub to grant a refund. I got angry and told him to forget. because I knew that would happen. why should it be at the Grub Hub to give me a refund if reb lobster packed my meal! completely unprofessional I think the manager I spoke with should have brought me. I will never order from them again. it's not about money. it is the principle for me
