Was there in winter 1973, hiked out with Lima Co, 3rd7th Marines , in 3±`feet of snow, with temperatures of 5°F by noon. With all the gear needed for a month in the snowy bush, Nov. to Dec. Coldest night was -15°F on the ridge top. What trip that was.

Late 80s with 3/2 Lima,was the armor! Beautiful place!

Attended in '90? then visited the sandbox for fun in the sun. A decade later bought a home across from a true Frozen Chosin vet. When he learned we trained using the same boots he gifted me his tie pin from the era.
