Person at window did not seem to know what he was doing. I had a very simple order and he kept getting it wrong. Ordered Diet Dr Pepper , tasted awful so I exchanged for Diet Coke. I was the only person in drive thru and It took forever . Paid over $15.00 for very mediocre meal steak finger basket). Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I went there at about 4:30 pm on a Monday evening. Pulled up and placed my order. Nothing unusual other than asking for NO KETCHUP and add mayonnaise to burger. Ordered a Sweet Tea, got an unsweet tea, waited for about 4 5 minutes for rest of order and checked it out before leaving the window. First thing I noticed KETCHUP all over the bun. Honked the horn and told her about the mistake. Again was asked what I wanted and AGAIN told her. Also mentioned the tea situation since I knew I was going to have to wait. After about 2 3 minutes another lady came to window to ask AGAIN how I wanted my burger. Told her and also mentioned that the fries were not even warm and had obviously been sitting around awhile (chewy and cold). She took everything back and got me my drink. Waited another 4 minutes as they were making my burger fresh and new fries. Got sandwich and hot fries, correct tea. After all that, sandwich was mediocre at best and the hot fries were still raw on the inside. Definitely NOT worth the $8 I paid, but was too hungry and went on my way. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

We took our grandsons to DQ today and had a wonderful experience. We had steak fingers, tacos, fries, onion rings and various ice cream treats. All the food was piping hot and delicious! The dining area was clean too. I only saw 3 employees… but they were working pretty hard. Anyway, it was a wonderful experience and we’ll be back soon!
