I can honestly say the food reviews on here don’t do this place justice The last few times I’ve had a late takeaway from here The food has been on point Fresh cooked and delicious I’ve used this as a regular takeaway fir the past 20 years But the food has got better Quick device and always delicious I understand the staff issues may have caused delays But definitely worth the wait Support local buisness .

The most disgusting Chinese we've ever had! Neither of us managed to eat even half of our portions. Even crackers were horrible!

Food hygiene rating of 0 should not be allowed to open.Food was terrible and when you complain they are very rude.

28 unanswered calls to the restaurant. An hour after expected delivery time, we drove to the restaurant to complain. The girl said she was rushed off her feet, but was outside smoking a cigarette with no customers. She said our food was out for delivery and if we wanted a freebie for driving down that we had to be quick as her manager wasn’t there. We drove back and still no delivery. Had an update from Just Eat, saying there has been a delay with delivery. We waited until the new estimated arrival time. Once that had passed I contact just eat to request a refund. The restaurant’s response was that the driver was stuck in heavy traffic…..for an hour and a half?? When we drove to the restaurant and back ourselves within 20 minutes. Food finally arrived, with the driver trying to deliver to a different house!! It was freezing when we tried to eat it. Absolutely disgusting food, abysmal customer service and we will never be ordering from there again!!!!

Ordered food at 7:30pm and received it at 9:30pm. I called at 8:30pm to ask where our delivery was and I was told the order slip had been misplaced and they were cooking it straight away. I asked for some prawn crackers as compensation and was told this was no problem. It arrived an hour later with no prawn crackers. The ribs were inedible and the chips looked like they had been re-cooked several times and were dry. The curry was lumpy and the rest of the food was less than average. I tried to call back twice to complain and they didn't even have the decency to answer the phone. Poor service and poor food.
