Bidrage med feedbackTook our children to KFC bridgend on Saturday. Ordered our meals, the chicken was over cooked, just couldn't eat, due to the meat being hard. My child spilt her drink, therefore we moved tables. I went to the counter to explain, has I didn't want anyone slipping on the spillage. The young lady gave me a look and replied alright. When a young lad came out to clean up, with the dirty mop, it smelt of really strong bleach. I have worked in catering myself and attended courses to know bleach should not be used. Won't be rushing back. Think a few courses are needed
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The bins and tables are overflowing, and only Deliveroo customers are being served while others are left waiting in limbo. The staff are completely untrained, and the manager is incompetent.
During my most recent visit, I waited in line for an extended period and observed several staff members taking cigarette breaks outside, even though there were signs warning of potential delays due to staff shortages. When my order finally arrived, the 'gravy burger' was missing the gravy, which is a key element of the dish. By the time I realized this, I was too far away to return. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning, as I saw staff members stomping fries into the floor and the car park area was littered with overflowing bins. Despite these issues, the lady who took my order was competent and the chicken pieces I purchased were well-cooked and tasty. Unfortunately, the negative aspects of this experience far outweigh the positives. I recommend going to a different KFC location instead of this one. I hope that the owner of this franchise takes steps to improve the quality of this restaurant, including hiring more attentive staff.
Used the drive through ordered 2 x boneless banquet meals, there was no bbq sauce available also no gravy available, wasn't given any straws or forks or salt or serviettes. Bad service.
What a shambles 10 min wait to get served 20 mins for the food would have been quicker to drive to Swansea for one
