The employees here always very very nice but my coffee was awful yesterday I got a blonde Americano and it was disgusting I couldn't even drink it I ended up throwing it out usually get coffee is good there I don't know it was wrong with that one

If you order a latte, it should be whole milk and not almond milk unless you ask for almond milk.

Everyone is greeted as they enter familiar faces and first timers alike. It is spotless. I've only had one drink made wrong and they redid that drink immediately. It is the absolute best.
