Hamburger Depot - Bridge City

Been a reason why I have not been there in the lifetime Hamburger Depot, Bridge City, TX, high prices, low value, food ok.

Paid to add bacon. Didn’t get it. There was only one mushroom on the whole burger. I really wanted to bring it back for a refund. Very disappointed. Everything is way over priced and not really worth it at all. Zucchini chips are bland and way over priced considering I got like 5 slices for $8. Should have gone to whataburger instead of wasting my money here.

The food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. However, the floor is quite slippery and may need a new mop and fresh rinse water. It could pose a safety hazard for older patrons.

The food was mediocre—nothing special to write home about. The portions were generous, but the seasoned curly fries lacked flavor and seemed like they were cooked in old oil. The restaurant was quite chilly with no heating, and it took about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. This would have been acceptable if the temperature inside wasn’t just 55 degrees.

I placed an online order and received a call almost immediately informing me that they were out of onion rings. They proposed a replacement, but the price wasn't adjusted accordingly.
