Dunkin' - Brewer

Doors were propped open and noone in sight had to yell a few times really loud before finally 3 employees came out of the back. Anyone could have robbed that place and those young females wouldn't even had known.

Rarely gets my orders right, and often have to remind workers of what I ordered, glad I just drink coffee black now

I've gone in on several visits and asked 4 medium caramel craze signature latte and they've been continuously out of caramel. So I usually order a mocha iced signature latte and when I get it the entire bottom of the cup up to the label is white with themilk they put in. Way too much you can tell whoever made it that day did not care as I was quickly served and brushed off forthe next customer. My wife and I visit Dunkin Donuts frequently we live in Brewer and will now be traveling clear to Hermon toget a decent latte from now on. Seems to be the only decent dunkins around.

Got 2 cold coffees...the young man on the register was new and having such a hard time...but he was very sweet and honestly...it's probably the best coffee I've received from that location...so we'll done! ;

Ordered Bacon avocado toast and hash brown. Didn?t have bacon on the avocado toast, the hashbrowns were a ball in the bag needed a fork to eat them. Not sure where Sam is but needs to come back as the food was excellent and order was never messed up.
